My educational qualifications that support my mission include obtaining the Certified Public Accounting designation in 2004, a Masters of Accounting degree from Western Kentucky University, and a Masters of Business degree from Bellarmine University.

Since obtaining my CPA certification, I worked in public accounting for 13 years where i served both individuals and businesses. It has also been my privilege to serve as a full-time Professor of Practice of Accounting at two universities in 11 years.

As a CPA, I am actively involved in continuing education and development training that allows me to stay up to date on the ever-changing regulations and requirements placed on small businesses. Professional development is critical to providing excellent accounting service. I maintain membership in and continue education through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Indiana Society of Certified Public Accountants.

I hold a Certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors are experts who have been tested and certified by Intuit on a range of QuickBooks products. Certified ProAdvisors help businesses get their QuickBooks software.
